You’ve probably already worked on a project — whether it was a group assignment, an event, or just organizing your life. But do you actually know how to manage a project effectively? In this interactive workshop, you’ll dive into the fundamentals of project management, discover the two big approaches (traditional and agile), and practice setting up and running a project in small groups.

SPEAKER

The journey is the destination. Radoslav Suchon is a student at WU Vienna, where he is currently studying Business Informatics. Although he is still a student, he has already gained a wide range of experience, which ultimately led him to the WU Entrepreneurship Center as a program manager. During his diploma thesis at the HTL Rennweg, he and his team founded an innovative wine start-up that enables small, regional winegrowers to sell their wines directly to wine lovers throughout Austria. Over the past four years, he has successfully managed projects in diverse fields and earned certification from the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
