Communication & Conflict Management (in Eng.)

Communication is the foundation of success, satisfaction, and even influences our well-being, according to various studies. In this workshop, we focus on the impact of communication and explore different communication tools that contribute to successful and fulfilling interactions. We will role-play various everyday situations where strong communication skills are advantageous. The workshop concludes with the master skill of communication: conflict resolution.

Teach For Austria (TFA) is a social leadership program that recruits and trains high-potential university graduates from diverse fields to become teachers in underprivileged schools and kindergartens across Austria. Over two years, Fellows take on full teaching responsibilities, working to reduce educational inequity by improving students’ academic performance and personal development. The program emphasizes practice-oriented training, reflection, and leadership development, equipping Fellows with the skills to create positive change in the classroom and beyond. Many alumni continue to drive impact in education, policy, and social innovation. TFA is part of the global Teach For All network.
