What is the BASE:academy?

Under the motto “Grow your Skills4Future,” BOKU:BASE offers the BASE:academy, a workshop series that supports students in learning new skills, strengthening their soft skills, and building a network. The workshop topics are diverse and range from rhetoric and artificial intelligence to understanding privilege.

Create your own individual program

The BASE:academy comprises 12 workshops taking place in the winter semester of 2025. Depending on which topics interest you most and which content suits you best, you can freely choose which ones you’d like to participate in. This allows you to create your own personalized program tailored to your individual interests and needs.

Who leads the workshops?
For the workshops, we collaborate with a variety of professionals from the field. Each workshop leader brings specific expertise from their work experience. You can find brief introductions to the speakers leading each workshop in the individual workshop descriptions.

The BASE:academy is free of charge for students!
